These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Rosentio at rosentio.com.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and other applicable store policies.

1. General

Rosentio is operated by ROYYAL FREEDOM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated version is published on our website.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on Rosentio are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images and other information are accurate. However, minor differences in colour, appearance or detail may occur due to screen settings, photography or product variations.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue or withdraw products where necessary.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on Rosentio are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

If a genuine pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. Where an affected order has already been placed, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

4. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your contact and delivery details, is accurate and complete.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Acceptance normally takes place when your order is dispatched.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of stock availability, payment problems, incorrect pricing or suspected unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout using the payment methods displayed as available on our website.

Orders will normally only proceed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party payment providers.

6. UK Shipping & Delivery

Rosentio currently delivers only within the United Kingdom.

Order processing: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.

Where your statutory consumer rights conflict with these Terms, your statutory rights will apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Personal information submitted through Rosentio is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
