All payments are processed through secure payment providers. Rosentio does not directly store your full payment card details.

Payment Timing

Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders will not normally be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you may be asked to try again or use another available payment method.

Currency and Tax

All prices and transactions on Rosentio are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees.

Order Confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing details of your purchase.

Please check your order information and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.
