Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Rosentio through rosentio.com. Rosentio is operated by ROYYAL FREEDOM LTD, registered in England and Wales.
1. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings or normal manufacturing variations.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Rosentio currently offers free standard shipping on UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
After submitting your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
A contract for the purchase is normally formed when your order is accepted and dispatched.
4. Payment
Payment is required at checkout using one of the payment methods displayed on our website.
Your order will normally proceed only after payment has been successfully authorised.
If payment cannot be authorised, we may be unable to accept or process your order.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- There is a genuine pricing or listing error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. UK Delivery
Rosentio currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery taking approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for return postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return has been received, inspected and approved.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Your rights under applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, remain unaffected.
9. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
